This is Vince Alcon. He is the most fabulous, beautiful, and sexy man on the planet. And he was nominated and won Homecoming Queen at Westminster High School. I am so proud of him. I got the honor of doing his make-up for Homecoming. The theme was under the sea, so he wanted a fish-like look.
